ROI Survey On Nonprofit Online Programs

Has your Executive Director ever asked what is the ROI of your nonprofit's online program? It's common knowledge that online giving and participation is growing and an online strategy has to be a critical part of your fundraising mix. But just how much money should you be investing in your online strategy?

Blackbaud is conducting a State of the Nonprofit Industry (SONI) survey on internet investments and hopes to help nonprofits better understand how much to invest in online marketing and fundraising and what your nonprofit can expect in ROI.

Results from the survey will be released at the Nonprofit Technology Conference on April 28, 2009. Help the nonprofit community quantify the financial value of email, online event fundraising, websites, and social networks and take the survey here!
