Janna Chan of Center for Reproductive RightsJanna Chan -- Manager of Online Strategy & Response, Center for Reproductive Rights

Janna Chan joined the Center in 2009 as the Manager of Online Strategy and Response. Her role includes developing and packaging a wide variety of compelling editorial content for an online audience and engaging CRR supporters through email advocacy and social media. Before joining the Center, Ms. Chan was a non-profit consultant for M+R Strategic Services and managed online advocacy and fundraising campaigns for clients such as AARP, The Smithsonian and The Wilderness Society. Prior to that, she was the Online Content Specialist for Lambda Legal working on LGBT and HIV eCampaigns and led the organization to win the 2007 Convio Innovator Award for Best Email Communications. Ms. Chan began her career as a journalist, and her work has appeared in publications such as the Village Voice, Seattle Magazine, Seattle Weekly and AsianAvenue.com. She received her BA in Journalism from the University of Washington. 

 
Jaime Grams of IntegralJaime Grams -- Vice President, Integral

Jaime brings more than 12 years of marketing and analysis experience in both corporate and non-profit sectors working with clients on evaluating and monitoring the health of their multiple business models, ROI-based investment programs, and strategic communication and segmentation strategies. He has provided actionable, data-focused consulting services for organizations such as the ASPCA, Audubon, Greenpeace, the Cornell Lab of Ornithology, Catholic Relief Services, USA for UNHCR and Wounded Warrior Project, to name a few. Jaime’s recent focus has been on helping clients with real time forecasting to serve as early warnings when growth slows and to understand the key drivers of projected revenues in the current fiscal year and beyond. Jaime holds dual degrees in Business and Communications from the University of Pittsburgh. Jaime remains optimistic that the Pittsburgh Pirates will return to the playoffs this season.

 
Dane Grams of Care2Dane Grams -- Director of Nonprofit Services, Care2

Dane is a seasoned online communications and fundraising professional with more than 18 years of experience. He has directed strategic planning and implementation of innovative, integrated and award-winning direct marketing and online campaigns that have helped organizations establish identities, build strong brands, and inspire tens of thousands of individuals to support meaningful causes with both their voices and their dollars. Previously, Dane worked for the Human Rights Campaign for 11 years where he last served as the online strategy director, building one of the most admired online communications programs in the non-profit community. For more than 5 years Dane has served on the Editorial Advisory Board of Fundraising Success Magazine and currently serves as the Co-Chair.  Dane is also a member of the National Leadership Council for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS and is the Race Director of the Front Runners LGBT Pride Run in Central Park.
