Steve has spent more than 14 years building successful online initiatives with a broad range of Fortune 500 firms, government and educational institutions, and nonprofit organizations across the world. He serves on the NTEN board of directors and is a popular presenter at conferences around the world. Steve is a frequent blogger and is co-editor of the book “Internet Management for Nonprofits.” Steve earned both his undergraduate degree and a Master of Science degree in Interactive Media from Indiana University.

Donna Wilkins: President, Charity Dynamics
Donna is the president of Charity Dynamics and leads the company in developing innovative online programs that help nonprofits of all sizes achieve extraordinary results. She has worked with hundreds of organizations to implement integrated online solutions that provide them with the tools and confidence they need to more effectively advance their missions. With more than two decades of experience serving nonprofits, Donna is skilled at optimizing client growth opportunities and empowering organizations to achieve new levels of success. Donna has worked with nonprofits of all sizes and varying missions, including American Heart Association, Arthritis Foundation, and the Lance Armstrong Foundation. She holds an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Illinois.

Jason Wood, Director of Internet Services: The Salvation Army National Headquarters
Jason is responsible for the Internet/Intranet applications for web-based communications and online fundraising. For the past three years, Jason has managed the relationship between The Salvation Army USA online fundraising partners and the four Salvation Army regional U.S. headquarters. Prior to joining The Salvation Army, Jason worked as a project manager/application architect for General Electric.

Eric Glader, Care2, Director of Nonprofit Services
Eric has been with Care2 since 2001 helping nonprofits with advocacy, fundraising and membership growth. Prior to joining Care2, he worked at an ePhilanthropy application service provider that enabled the collection of charitable donations online, with clients such as American Express, Cisco Systems, E*Trade, Applied Materials and NEC. Eric is a graduate from UCLA’s undergraduate program and Vanderbilt University’s MBA program.
