When the Bureau of Land Management released a 60-day open docket asking for public comments on their proposed  regulations requiring energy companies to put aside money for environmental clean-up, Western Organization of Resource Councils (WORC) was ready to take action!

Care2 was quickly able to generate thousands of comments for WORC and deliver them directly to the Regulations.gov docket.
