Digital Literacy for Nonprofit Leaders

Leaders in the nonprofit sector have a leadership blindspot when it comes to things digital/social/online.  This blindspot is leaving money on the table for your organization.  In 2016 it is no longer an option to hope that social media is a passing phase, or that fundraising via email will not replace Direct Mail giving eventually.

As a leader, you need to know the true digital landscape you are operating in, you need facts, not assumptions. You need to know the right things to measure to avoid 'vanity metrics’, and you need to know the essential skills you should have in your team to move forward in this digital landscape.
