Teresa is an expert at analyzing and understanding the complexities of direct response programs and specializes in program design, making sure that investment levels in various channels and cohorts are in-line with long-term value and overall program goals. She has played a key role in building strong monthly giving programs for many clients through telemarketing and canvassing efforts.
Teresa has 18 years of direct response experience and has managed direct response programs for clients including Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC), Planned Parenthood Federation of America, The International Rescue Committee, National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), and Anti-Defamation League (ADL), and the World War II Memorial at her previous agency.
Erica Gulseth - Online Fundraising Manager, Earthjustice
Erica Gulseth is a seasoned fundraising professional who has worked with a variety of environmental nonprofits spanning from small regional groups to large national organizations. Currently, Erica leads online fundraising at Earthjustice, the largest public interest environmental law firm in the world, where she is responsible for all online fundraising strategy and web giving. In this role and through the use of smart, integrated fundraising and marketing, she has helped Earthjustice increase online giving by more than 40% in the last year.
Ashley Hansen - Director of Nonprofit Services, Care2
Ashley works with nonprofits to win advocacy campaigns, strengthen their online fundraising program and drive traffic to their website. Since joining Care2 in 2011, Ashley has strategized with many nonprofits on the most effective way to engage with Care2's members. Prior to joining Care2, Ashley spent 10 years at the Student Conservation Association (SCA) where she helped hundreds of young people volunteer on public lands and start careers in conservation. Throughout her life, Ashley has visited over 200 public lands only to come home to find her favorite National Park, the Kenilworth Aquatic Gardens, right here in DC. In addition, she presented at several conferences per year and was an invited speaker to Federal leadership teams.
