Which?, the UK’s Consumer Association, campaigns to make consumers more powerful. Having secured one regulator investigation into dodgy supermarket pricing, with another scrutinising the UK’s broken energy market, they wanted to show a scale of public frustration that was impossible to ignore as well as grow their supporter base with deep relationships. The challenge was finding out who those people were, the best way to communicate with them, and how the campaigns may be optimized.
Which? came to Care2 with a goal of recruiting supporters with two petitions.
